Guilt, I have it.
Read the title, says it all.
Jen took a little bit of the money she got from her Unemployment check and bought me a new computer. She was going to get me a new Mac being as mine is dead, but we decided on a Dell in stead. They are cheaper by far.
So far I’m digging it. It came packaged with Windows 7. So far so good. It runs almost exactly like Mac OS X tiger. Complete with the doc.
Got a few good points too. I’m currently using the Windows Live blog writer to post this from my desktop. It’ll sync up with blogger and post for me. Which is good. Down side, apparently Itunes is not yet windows 7 compatible. When I tried to install it there was a recommendation from apple that I don’t do it. Strange.
Also, strangely it does not come with any sort of e-mail program. Though a quick download of Thunderbird took care of that problem. Firefox, Aim and Vuze seem to run great also.
Now onto the tech speak for those out there that like that kinda stuff.
2.2 GHz Intell Core 2 Duo
15.6” HD (900p) LCD display
4 gb shared dual channel ddr2
500gb SATA hhd
256mb ATI mobility radeon video
And I had to go with the Backlit Keyboard cause they are just cool. (But not as cool as my wife.)

Hmm...
Jen got the new palm pre (For her birthdayish.) I got me the centro as a hand-me-down. I think it's pretty cool. While we where in the Sprint store the guy gave me unlimited internet on my phone to.
Diggin' the centro so far. Though I'm not positive it will survive my job.
